In order to complete a travel purchase, you will be
asked to share with us information required to complete
the booking transaction successfully, such as your name,

We may share your personal information with the travel
providers that you decide to make arrangements with
when booking travel through our site. For instance,
when you purchase travel services, we provide your information
to the airline, car rental agency, hotel, travel insurance

successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements.

your credit card.
If you provide us with your email address, you will
receive confirmation of your itinerary via email when
you purchase travel or change or cancel a travel reservation.

purchased travel itinerary.
Sharing personal information
We may share some of your personal information with
our affiliate client that directed you to our booking
site. This includes your name, email address, phone
number, billing address and itinerary information. However,
it does not include your credit card number or expiration
date, neither of which is stored by Get2Hawaii. The
affiliate client may use this information in accordance
with its own privacy policy and we urge you to review
the privacy policy of our affiliate client before making
a booking on our site by using your browser's "back"
button to return to our affiliate client's site.
Other than as explained in this policy, we will not
disclose any personal information we collect from you
to others without your permission, except in the following
limited circumstances: (a) if you violate our Terms
of Use or any law, rule, or regulation; (b) to protect
ourselves against liability; (c) if required by law
or regulatory authority or (d) to a successor in interest
in our company.

third parties. From time to time, we may contract with
third parties to facilitate the distribution of a survey,
promotion, or contest and any information we provide
to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality
